At Webify Hive, we aim to provide high-quality web development and digital services that meet our clients’ expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.


1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project under the following conditions:

Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, the client may be eligible for a full refund.

After Work Has Started
If the project is canceled after development has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed and resources allocated to the project.


2. Service Delivery Issues

If Webify Hive fails to deliver agreed services according to the project scope or timeline (excluding delays caused by the client), the client may request a refund.

Any refund approved will generally reflect the portion of the work that remains incomplete.


3. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

If a client is not satisfied with the delivered work, they must notify Webify Hive within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing revisions or adjustments where possible. If the concerns cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.


4. Technical Problems

If a project experiences technical issues directly related to our development work and those issues cannot be reasonably resolved, Webify Hive may offer a refund for the affected portion of the service.

Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external software may not qualify for refunds.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the project has started
  • Client delays due to missing content, approvals, or required materials
  • Projects that have already been completed and approved
  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Costs associated with third-party services such as domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, or software licenses

These expenses are non-recoverable once purchased.


6. Requesting a Refund

Clients wishing to request a refund should follow these steps:

  2. Provide the project name, date of agreement, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

If the request is approved, the refund will typically be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.


7. Policy Changes

Webify Hive reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
